As human beings, every cell in our body dies and is replaced within a seven year span. If we are entirely new people on a cellular level every seven years, doesn't it make sense that we have to be come expert in learning on how to be whole new people in whole new worlds over and over again. Heraclites once wrote, "the only constant is change." It's true of ourselves, it's true of our world, we get sick both physically, mentally and existentially when we try and stop change or pretend it isn't happening. We have to become experts in managing the changes of our life.
